Like other reviews on here I have found this product to be a huge step up and way more dependable than my previous phones. I have been with sprint for 4 yrs. My first two phones were samsung 8500's. Ok for the time. Not great reception. My last phone was the samsung n400 picture phone (not camera phone). Now that I have the Sanyo I feel that i have a very practical and useful tool with me when I'm away from home. Something i can depend on and seems to get better reception than my previous phones. A slightly better speaker phone than the n400.
It seemed sprint used to concntrate on samsung made products and you didn't really have a choice unless you wanted to spend a fortune or get a cheap phone. The only feature it is lacking is the short video clip function. However, the 8200 in my opinion is a much higher quality phone than i have had in the past and is loaded with features. Has the Ready-Link, built in light/flash, much better graphics than phones made a year ago. If it had a finger I'd put a ring on it!!
